Does Petit Sam have a physical store?

No, Petit Sam only has an online store. Also, keep an eye on our socials. Petit Sam sometimes attends events where you can purchase hijabs in person.

How does it take to receive my order?

Your order should arrive within 2 to 7 business days. We aim for delivery within two days, but this may vary. You can find all information regarding shipping here.

Do you ship abroad?

Petit Sam aims for delivery within seven days in the EU. Just like deliveries within the Netherlands, we are dependent on the postal company, so this timeframe may vary.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and/or customs processing fees, which are determined by the government of the destination country. Although Petit Sam is not responsible for customs costs for international shipments, we are happy to help you understand the current customs rules in your country. How will I know my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification from us.

What are the shipping costs?

When you buy something in The Netherlands at Petit Sam, you pay a fixed amount for shipping, regardless of the size of your order. The cost is €3.50.

When you live in Europe the cost of shipping is €18,-. If you have any questions please send us an email.

Which payment method(s) do you accept?

Petit Sam accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Ideal and Bancontant.

What is your return policy?

Of course, we hope that you are completely satisfied with the product. If this is not the case, we offer you the opportunity to exchange or return your order.


If you wish to return something, you can email us at hello@petitsam.com. We would like to receive your return within thirty days from the date the entire order was delivered to you. One other condition for returns is that we do not accept damaged items, items that have been worn, or items with removed labels. If you receive an item that is missing a label, we kindly ask you to inform us by email the same day, should you wish to return the item.

There is a stain on my hijab, can I get a replacement?

If there is a stain on your hijab when you receive the product, please let us know immediately. If you have already used the hijab, unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange it, as the stain would have been caused by you.

If there is a stain on your hijab, we recommend treating the stain with a stain remover. You can read more about it at the product page of the hijab you bought.
