Return policy
Petit Sam hopes you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, you can return your order.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased through our website.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- To initiate a return, please contact us via email.
- Returns must be received within 30 days from the date the complete order was delivered.
- We do not accept returns of damaged, worn items or items with removed labels. If you receive an item without a label and wish to return it, please notify us via email on the same day of receipt.
- We strongly advise checking your order thoroughly before removing any tags or labels.
- Exchanges depend on item availability. A replacement will only be sent once the returned item has been received and passed a quality check.
- If you prefer a refund, the amount will be refunded after the returned items have been received.
- Only the purchase price of the item will be refunded.
- International customs duties and VAT for shipments outside the EU are non-refundable. Additionally, a €5 return fee will be charged to cover return shipping costs.
- If your order included a gift, please return it along with the exchanged or refunded items.
Please note: We reserve the right to reject returns of any items showing signs of wear. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping
Within the Netherlands, orders are shipped with the standard service of PostNL. For the rest of the European Union, orders are shipped with the standard service of UPS.
For orders, you will pay shipping costs. This is €3.50 for each order (regardless of size). Ordering from outside the Netherlands? Then there will be an additional €18 shipping cost added to your order. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.
Your order should arrive within 1 - 4 business days. Petit Sam aims for delivery within the EU within 48 hours. EU member states are: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Sweden.
