Of course we hope that you are completely satisfied with the product. If this is not the case, we offer you the opportunity to exchange or return your order.
If you wish to return something, you can email hello@petitsam.com. We want to receive your return shipment within thirty days of the entire order being delivered to you. One other requirement for returns is that we do not accept damaged items, items that have been worn, or items from which the labels have been removed. If you have received an order in which a label is missing from an item, we request that you inform us by email that same day if you wish to return the item.
